Mr. Carlos pools was perfect. Great price followed by a great product. My project took approximately 4 months from dig day to complete. I had a ton of features to install. The office is great to work with. Field guys were great to work with. Took care of every issue I had with no complaints. I would highly recommend this company. It was a great experience.
Thank you Mr. Carlos team for constructing our dream pool right before the beginning of summer.Time line was April 6th for dig day and final city inspection with orientation on July 26th a Total of 3 months for end to end construction with automation, i-aqualink app, gas heating, water feature, spa overflow mode, ozone cleaning, and, multi color LED. Job well done!
Love the pool remodel. Great company and Steve is an awesome guy to work with. Mr. Carlos Pools added a baja shelf and shallowed the pool from 9-6 feet! The results are perfect. Love the night lighting in the added spa too. Totally modernized an old and sad pool.
Once we passed inspection for decking, we worked with our turf vendor to complete that phase, and after that, Austen organized our plaster day. I CANNOT tell you happy I was to see the hose in my pool and having it filled. We got Marlon over for orientation which was simple as we went with the Aqualink system (highly recommend the upgrade) and chemical startup.
